1. Acceptance of Terms

• You have not previously had an account with sagilli that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these terms.

Each person may maintain only one (1) active account on sagilli. Duplicate accounts may be closed without prior notice, and any balances therein may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sagilli will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

sagilli supports the following local Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• sagilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.
• Transactions suspected of being related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be suspended pending investigation and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

sagilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General rules applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — some games may contribute 0% toward bonus clearance.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other accounts.

All users of sagilli are expected to engage with our platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable Philippine law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.

All content on sagilli — including but not limited to game software, logos, graphics, text, and the sagilli brand — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any sagilli content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagilli and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, including technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any decisions made based on information or results displayed on the sagilli platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of sagilli that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
